Anna Jay, Managing Director of Public Leaders Appointments Anna has worked in executive search and selection across public, not for profit and commercial sectors and with organisations at the public / private interface for almost 20 years She launched her executive search consultancy, Public Leaders Appointments in 2017 and works with organisations across the country, advising on and leading appointments to executive and board level roles predominantly with charities, social enterprises and with local and central government. She is a founder member of Cornwall Women’s Fund, which funds community projects across Cornwall where women and girls are the main beneficiaries and inspires women and girls to achieve their ambitions. She created and Chairs a community garden where she lives in Newquay. Some additional info - prob not relevant! [In 2021 I was invited to become a Fellow of the RSA ‘in light of contributions to the charitable sector, through incredible leadership of Public Leaders Appointments which is enabling opportunities and development for budding leaders’. I was invited to give a lecture at the Oxford University ‘Only Way is Ethics’ series on ethical leadership, specifically relating to the charity sector]
