Abi Dunn is the founder of industry leading recruitment and training consultancy, Sixty Eight People. Starting her career collecting glasses she was immediately hooked by the industry and went on to run her first site by the age of 21. But Abi found her true home in ‘people’ several years later. Recruitment and training managers is her specialized subject and after almost 20 years of it, Abi’s industry network is second to none. Sixty Eight People was born out of a frustration that the recruitment industry was obsessed with profit not purpose, so her story of changing perceptions is certainly an interesting one.
