With a background in hospitality operations, Jo ran employee engagement consultancy Purple Cubed (previously learnpurple) for over 20 years, working with organisations on culture, purpose and values, embedding that through leadership capability and underpinning with technology.

Now the co-founder of two businesses. Korero, an HR tech platform giving organisations the people data they need to plan for success, enabling leaders to have great career conversations with their teams, and people to drive their own development and progression. Korero also runs the technology behind Best Places to Work in Hospitality and Best Workplaces in Travel and works with many clients on their employee surveys.
