Emily McGuirk, has had a varied career as an actress, a Head of Drama, the Founder of Small Steps Big Vision and was this year appointed as Global Mindset Director for the female community Six Degrees.Throughout her career, Emily has mentored and supported individuals in enhancing their mindset and self-worth, spanning from teenagers, to 3,000 business owners at the Birmingham NEC. After experiencing anxiety and panic attacks herself, she questioned why strategies for growing confidence and developing resilience were not taught in schools? Louisa Fitzpatrick is Co-owner of Old Chapel Cellars Wine Merchant in Truro, the first in the UK to gain B Corp certification. A friendly wine shop with regular tastings, online wine subscription service, supplier to the local hospitality industry and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) registered course provider. Louisa joined Jamie Tonkin in the business in October 2020 after 15 years at St Austell Brewery as Head of Wine.
Louisa has always been in the wine trade - since studying Business at university in Germany in 1998 and researching wine logistics and deciding wine is what she wanted to do for a living! She has a Diploma in Wine and is a certified Wine Educator. Louisa lives in Truro with husband Adam, two Cornish maids, Iris and Ruby, and Mini Dachshund puppy Biscuit.

"As gay women of colour, we were initially wary of being an 'out and proud' LGBTQ+ business, but quickly found that this was a strength, with peers, suppliers and most importantly, customers, all embracing them. In our four years, almost five years in business, chapati club has attracted a loyal, diverse clientele of regular 'clubbers' who value the inclusivity of the restaurant, whether they are dining with family, friends or indeed alone."
