In a ‘Bar to Boardroom’ hospitality career, Jackie’s enjoyed over twenty-years of Board-level experience, working with Private, PE, REIT and FTSE 100 listed businesses in hospitality and healthcare, specialising in Operations, excelling in Leased and Tenanted.

Career highlights include Operation’s Director at Punch Taverns, Pub Portfolio Director at New River Riet responsible for strategic growth plan in the pub sector and recently as NED for the BIIAB. She is now known and respected as a ‘Growth Facilitator’ and someone who does not fear raising her head above the parapet.

Within her coaching practice, Jackie found many highly competent but unfulfilled and frustrated women clients, and so founded and Chairs ‘BRILLIANT Women’ which supports professional women to ‘intentionally’ get ahead’ . She is a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion and partners with purposeful organisations in their pursuit to level the playing field: WiHTL (Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure),‘Plan B Mentoring for Women’ where she is a volunteer mentor and Be Inclusive Hospitality.

Louisa Fitzpatrick is Co-owner of Old Chapel Cellars Wine Merchant in Truro, the first in the UK to gain B Corp certification. A friendly wine shop with regular tastings, online wine subscription service, supplier to the local hospitality industry and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) registered course provider. Louisa joined Jamie Tonkin in the business in October 2020 after 15 years at St Austell Brewery as Head of Wine.
Louisa has always been in the wine trade - since studying Business at university in Germany in 1998 and researching wine logistics and deciding wine is what she wanted to do for a living! She has a Diploma in Wine and is a certified Wine Educator. Louisa lives in Truro with husband Adam, two Cornish maids, Iris and Ruby, and Mini Dachshund puppy Biscuit.

After working in the private equity sector for many years, Resh decided to leave her well paid career to follow her passion and open up an Indian restaurant with her partner, Heena.

"As gay women of colour, we were initially wary of being an 'out and proud' LGBTQ+ business, but quickly found that this was a strength, with peers, suppliers and most importantly, customers, all embracing them. In our four years, almost five years in business, chapati club has attracted a loyal, diverse clientele of regular 'clubbers' who value the inclusivity of the restaurant, whether they are dining with family, friends or indeed alone."
