Amanda now leads Thread HR, her own people consultancy. Thread HR loves to work with founder-led businesses, taking great pleasure in taking all of their people worries away, whilst supporting them in building sustainable people foundations for growth. Her broad background and experiences - along with a wish to always make working together fun and enjoyable - has seen the business grow from strength to strength.

Career highlights include Operation’s Director at Punch Taverns, Pub Portfolio Director at New River Riet responsible for strategic growth plan in the pub sector and recently as NED for the BIIAB. She is now known and respected as a ‘Growth Facilitator’ and someone who does not fear raising her head above the parapet.
