About this Episode
Claire Goodwin-Fee is the founder and CEO of Frontline19 a charity supporting the NHS and frontline emergency workers. Started as a response to the pandemic as a small short-term project to offer support to around 50 people, they now support over 9000 frontline workers every week. Her life has changed dramatically from a small solo business to a global advocate for mental health and frontline workers. She has now had discussions with the Prime Minister and heads of State, The UN and some high-profile musicians.
Passionately believing that no one should go home from work worse than when they arrived, Emma uses her natural abilities to help people do the things they think are impossible, in an attempt to shift the leadership paradigm for the good of us all.
